The Project Brief.

Being a part of Proptech Services, the company responsible for The Property DriveBuy product – this project sat very close to our hearts.

We were initially commissioned to help conceptualise and produce a piece of software that would help to target some of the major pain points Real Estate Professionals were experiencing in both accessing and managing buyer, seller and renter leads. But with one major caveat – the technology itself would have to move property clients away from the traditional, browser-lead property searching, and towards searching on-the-go.

This process evolved into us taking an active position in the company, to help take a small, but smart idea, to a full-scale product.

And what was born, was the Property DriveBuy mobile app: a piece of technology that uses the location of prospective buyers, renters and / or sellers to help them source property and insights around them, and connect with real estate professionals in real time.
