The Project Brief.
The project was to provide the OC Agency with a fully-customised backend system [MIS], offering them real-time oversight over their clients and ongoing projects, and visibility on the performance & scheduling of their team members.
The system was to also contain a robust financial analysis tool: tracking the profitability of each project based on the time invested on it by the OC’s team members. Projects were to be organised under client umbrellas, with reporting capabilities ranging from detailed project-level insights, to high-level client overviews.
It was to be a full-suite project management system with the capability to handle and process hundreds of thousands of data points at a single moment in time.

The OC Agency were a pleasure for the Bite-Tech team to work alongside.
They were positive and forward thinking in their approach, and a really good team of people at their core.
They provided us with quick turnaround, showing a level of responsiveness and proactiveness that is always appreciated in our field – and their insight into product requirements, and what they ultimately needed it to achieve was clear & well communicated throughout development.
In general, we love big data, so the project was a nice opportunity for us to flex our development muscles, and stretch our data eyes.
