The Project Brief.

The project was to provide Kolet with their own in-house mobile application: for parcel tracking made easy. The application was to enable their customers to gain visibility on the parcels they’ve ordered, where these are in the delivery cycle, and to database their past orders in an easy-to-view archive module.

Eventually the app is to be further developed to include a Order Collection facility, as a way for customers who are ‘not at home right now’ to redirect their incoming parcels to a listed service point, for collection at a more convenient date & time. This will package further mapping and route guidance technologies to create a more holistic consignment system.
